Velosum contracted me to help develop an automated parking ticket system - from the officer writing the ticket using digital paper to the violator paying the fine online minutes later. The entire system end-to-end is nearly real-time and was quickly adopted by several large metro areas saving them millions in lost revenue.

My role included interviews with agency managers, officers and industry experts to map the process into a usable UI that left no stone unturned. After the wireframes were reviewed and approved I developed detailed mocks for Velosum’s internal team to code.
