Sumus Interactive

In April of 1997 I co-founded Sumus Interactive with two other associates. At the time, one of my co-founders was taking a Latin language class so we landed on the name “Sumus” for our new company - meaning, “we are” interactive. My co-founder was also an astrophysicist so it’s no accident we ended up with a scientific metaphor for our company brand. The metaphor worked well across a broad number of marketing materials winning awards and creating memorable impressions along the way.
